Last updated: June 12, 2026
This policy explains how Digitaera collects, uses and protects the personal data of people who visit digitaera.com or get in touch with us. We process personal data in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, LGPD).
What data we collect
- Contact form: name, email and message (required) and company, phone and subject (optional), provided by you.
- Browsing: aggregated, anonymous usage metrics (pages visited, traffic source, device type) via Vercel Analytics, which does not use individual tracking cookies.
How we use the data
- To reply to your message and prepare proposals you request.
- To keep the history of our conversation if the project moves forward.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.
The legal basis for this processing is your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal data. Data only passes through the providers that run our infrastructure: Vercel (website hosting) and Google Workspace (email). These providers process data according to their own privacy policies and our agreements with them.
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages for as long as needed to handle your request and, after that, for the period required to meet legal obligations or exercise rights in potential proceedings. You can request deletion before that at any time.
Your rights
Under the LGPD, you can request at any time: confirmation that we process your data, access to it, correction, anonymization, deletion and information about sharing. To exercise any of these rights, write to info@digitaera.com.
Cookies
The site does not use advertising or individual tracking cookies. Only cookies strictly necessary for the site to work may exist, such as the one that stores your language preference and those required by the hosting platform.
